Dog vs wild animal

Ellie got in a fight with an unknown animal today and had to go to the vet.  She has about 10 different bleeding wounds and won't walk on her front paw.  Poor thing has been laying and shaking ever since she got home.

Sunday of trip

First stop was Picture Falls, looking out over Lake Superior.  Sunday was another beautiful day of riding.

I joined Audrey in the pool when we got back.

Long day of driving back.  Audrey did pretty well, but I think she is going to be up all night tonight since she slept most of the trip. 

Saturday

Beautiful day to go snowmobiling.  No wind.  It was a little chilly but sunny most of the day.  We avoided going north to Lake Superior due to the menacing-looking sky that was dropping a lot of snow.  Put on about 100 miles.  Very sore today.

Valentine's Day

Audrey looked so cute in her Valentine's outfit from G&G Taylor.  She partied hard at daycare but was sent home early with a fever.  Acting fine today which is good because we drove 8 hours to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for our snowmobile trip.

Nothing too exciting has been going on here.  Wanted to upload a video of her walking, but that function apparently isn't working.

 

Audrey is super excited Dad is working dayshift now.  And her favorite activity is climbing on the fireplace.

Audrey is getting over a nasty virus this week.  That was no fun.  Now we will be working on her sleeping in her own bed again.

 

Audrey was helping me with the laundry- I couldn't convince her to put the clothes in the dryer.
