18 months and 4 weeks

Audrey is 18 months old now - going to the doctor tomorrow - and Evelyn is 4 weeks old.

Blog working finally!

We decided to transition Audrey to a big bed since she is already on a cot at daycare and she can nearly climb out of her crib. It has been going well.

Sometimes its too much trouble to make it to the bed  :)

Pumpkin Farm

We took advantage of customer appreciation day for First Farm Credit and went to the pumpkin farm last night. Audrey only took a 15 minute nap yesterday but still did surprisingly well. Evelyn slept the entire time and kept me up a little later than usual. This is the place we tried to go to last year and it was ridiculously packed, so nixed that plan. Early in the season and Thursday night is definitely the time to go!

Evelyn's homecoming

Evelyn has settled in nicely. She is sleeping great and eating like a pro. Audrey is doing pretty good with the adjustment; she does get a little jealous while Evelyn nurses and will also want to sit on my lap. And she got very upset when Evelyn had her bilirubin checked and was crying - Dad then gave her chocolate and that was the end of that :)

Happy Birthday Evelyn Grace!

Evelyn Grace Taylor arrived this morning after about 7 hours of labor. She weighed in at 7lbs 12oz and is 18.5in long. She looks a lot like her big sister did at birth but is much better at breastfeeding. Both my daughters are punctual - arriving exactly on their due dates :)
